What exactly is Kimi?
Kimi is a unified communications platform that lets you connects with clients and colleagues by video, audio and or text. The collaboration tools lets you work more seamlessly with them. It has session control features that let you transfer calls to departments or colleagues who are better equipped to answer client’s questions. Finally, the reporting module gives a wide breadth of reports so managers can see how their support team or call center is performing.
How do I create my own Kimi account?
Please contact your team’s manager to create your username and password from the Kimi Admin app.
Will Kimi work on my mobile device?
At the moment Kimi app is only available on PCs and Katma self-service terminals.
How do clients initiate a call?
- Client accesses a katma
- Client selects “converse with an advisor
- Katma creates internal ticket and initiates call
- Remote advisor answers call and session begins
